Attorney Halloran concentrates her practice in all aspects of divorce and family law, criminal defense, estates and civil litigation. Attorney Halloran began her practice of law in 2012 after earning her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston.
Prior to opening Tansley | Halloran, Attorney Halloran was an attorney in private practice where she focused on family law and criminal defense matters. She has also worked as a Prosecutor/Assistant District Attorney with the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office where she handled the prosecution of various felonies and misdemeanors before the District and Superior Courts. She has extensive experience working with domestic violence and child abuse related crimes as well as matters involving the Department of Children and Families. She has appeared and tried numerous matters before the District and Superior Courts throughout Massachusetts.
Attorney Halloran practices Family Law in Worcester County and across the Commonwealth. She is well-versed in high-conflict custody matters and high-net worth divorces. Her attention to detail and ability to identify the unique needs of her clients is key to her obtaining favorable results.
Attorney Halloran is currently a member of the Worcester County Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Attorney Halloran regularly attends Continuing Legal Education classes to stay current on best practices and new trends in the law. She brings a client-focused approach to the law that combines superior legal aptitude with practical solutions. 2023 marks the fifth consecutive year she has been recognized as a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star.
